This is the Mandatory Code of Ethics Quadrennial training class that all REALTORS need to complete by the end of 2012!

GET IT DONE BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE…

Class also offers 3 NH Continuing Education Credits  and will be held at the Clubhouse at Woodland Pond, 3024 Countryside Blvd., Manchester, NH.

If you’ve never been there before, take this opportunity to not only get educated but to visit one of Manchester finer developments and enjoy a free  lunch,sponsored by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage at the Model home.  This is a short walk from the Clubhouse and will be held immediately following the class.  Hope to see you in class!

Course date and times:  October 25, 2012, 9:00 – 12:15.

May Training 2012

Ethics Class is full-  9:00AM  – 12:15 PM :  NAR Code of Ethics- Quadrennial (all REALTORS have this by the end of 2012)

This is a fast moving, highly engaging class with case studies that focus on actual NH Ethical dilemmas! (ETHICS Class is FULL)

12:15PM – 1:00 PM:  LUNCH!  Yes, feeding you as always, at the Model at Highland Homes, courtesy of Market Street Settlement Group

1:00PM – 4:15PM:  Agency in the Trenches

Take the gloves off and let’s play nice in the sandbox starting with understanding your agency choices and obligations you have to the consumer and to each either. 1:15 -4:30 –  3 hour NH CE credits

Respectfully, these two courses cannot be free at this time, but they are BOTH yours for only $30.00.  Much less than the price you typically pay for one.  If you take either course alone, the fee will be $20.00…modest no matter how you look at it and well worth the investment.
